Use the following formats when raising tickets to ensure clarity and consistency:

1. New Installation
  • Work Category: New Installation

  • Format:
    Company Name || New Installation || Service Name || Customer Name || Address

  • Example:
    JOL || New Installation || Internet || AROS Trading || House-57, Road No-04, Block-C, Banani

2. Troubleshooting – Client (Issue 1)
  • Work Category: Troubleshooting – Client

  • Format:
    Company Name || Customer Name || Location || Issue

  • Example:

3. Troubleshooting – Backbone
  • Work Category: Troubleshooting – Backbone

  • Format:
